RYAN KAVANAUGH: THE OTHER SIDE OF RELATIVITY MEDIA’S FOUNDER
Ryan Kavanaugh is a prominent name in the Entertainment World. He is one of the most watched billionaires of all time. He is a famous movie potentate who got popular because of his creation of Relativity Media. He has several achievements and awards. He is a notable American businessman and film producer.
His mother, Leslie Levin, gave birth to him in Los Angeles, California on the 4th of December, 1974. Jack Konitz, his German dentist father, became a businessman and changed his surname. He became a Kavanaugh before Ryan was born.
Ryan Kavanaugh attended UCLA and went on to found a small venture capital firm. It faced struggles in the aftermath of the September 11 attacks. The experience was not successful but it taught him how to raise money. As well as how to manage the egos of Hollywood moguls. He used that experience to broker deals between Wall Street and the studios. He was not yet 30 when he founded Relativity Media in 2004. Aside from being the famous founder of Relativity Media, he has received a lot of honors and awards.
He currently takes residency in Malibu, California. He got married to make-up artist, Tracy Tanner, in 1998. He then bought a $3-million-house in the Hollywood Hills. She was eight years his senior. He remarried in 2011. This time with ballet dancer Britta Lazenga. She is an actress known for The Company and Entertainment Tonight. His bachelor party became famous because of the guestlist. Actors Leonardo DiCaprio and Bradley Cooper threw the bachelor party. They are good close friends of Ryan Kavanaugh. Kavanaugh and Lazenga divorced in 2014. He then married Jessica Roffey. She is an actress known for My Stepbrother is a Vampire!?! and Beauty Mark. They held a private ceremony near Malibu and held the reception in Nobu Malibu. They held a private beach ceremony for their families. And then they held a private party in Nobu Malibu for their friends. Steven Tyler serenaded the guests. There were many famous guests who attended the low-key affair. This includes Ryan Seacrest, Katie Holmes, Pierce Brosnan, and Josh Hartnett. Paula Abdul, Jerry Bruckheimer, and Edward Norton were also in attendance.
Ryan Kavanaugh became involved in dog rescue through FreeHand. He made the acquisition in the hopes of promoting social good amongst the animal world. Several organizations recognized him for his charitable works. The Board of Governors of Cedars-Sinai Medical Center is one of those who honored him. They awarded him the 2010 Hollywood Humanitarian Award. The Community Champion Award was also given to him by the Sheriff’s Youth Foundation. This is in recognition of his outstanding dedication to inner-city young people. First Star also commended him for improving the life of child victims of abuse and neglect.
